ISC compensates Psychics based on the actual telephone connect time for each call with a Caller during which the Services are performed by the Contractor. Free promotional minutes given by Psychics to the Callers are not compensated. Contractors are paid weekly or bi-weekly depending on the program, for the previous weeks accrued minutes. Payments are always sent within seven days after the end of the pay period. Payments are based solely on records received by the Network service bureau, not by the Psychics's calculations. ISC can not be responsible for any delay in payment that is a result of Network server problems. Psychics are not required to submit time records to the Company.

Program 1 pays a of $.22 cents per minute connected with a caller (not logged in time)

• Example 1: Someone gives 1000 minutes of readings in a week with a 13.5 average and 50% of those minutes are call backs would get:
  (1000 x .22 = $220) plus (500 x .525 = $262.5) = $482.50 - That's 16.6 hours talk time, less than 145 minutes talk time a day!
  
  
• Example 2: Someone works 2500 minutes with a 13.5 average in a week and 50% of those minutes are call back minutes:
  (2500 x .22 = $550) plus (1250 x .90 = $1125) $1675 - For a week!

Program 2 pays a base rate of $.23 cents per minute connected with a caller (not logged in time)

A bonus will be paid to all Psychic Advisors with over a 13 minute average who have the following number of billable minutes in a 2 week compensation cycle.:

• 1000 - 1499 Minutes receive a $.02 bonus on all repeat customers
• 1500 - 1999 Minutes receive a $.03 bonus on all repeat customers
• 2000 - 2499 Minutes receive a $.05 bonus on all repeat customers
• 2500 - 2999 Minutes receive a $.07 bonus on all repeat customers
• 3000 - 3499 Minutes receive a $.10 bonus on all repeat customers
• 3500 - 3999 Minutes receive a $.15 bonus on all repeat customers
• 4000 + Minutes receive a $.20 bonus on all repeat customers

All bonuses will be paid only on billable repeat minutes and can be changed without notice.

Saturday and Sunday there will be $.05 per minute bonus on all minutes to all advisors who have over 250 billable minutes per day with over a 13 minute average.

Program 3 pays a flat rate of .30 cents per minute

Program 4 pays a base rate of $.18 cents per minute connected with a caller (not logged in time) and the following bonus structure based on minutes alone in a 2 week compensation cycle:

• 10 to 999 Minutes receive a $.02 bonus
• 1000 to 1499 Minutes receive a $.04 bonus
• 2500 Minutes and above receive a $.07 bonus

Note: This program pays with a 2 week delay from the end of any compensation cycle. Work accrued from the 1st through the 15th pays out on or around the 2nd of the following month. Minutes accrued from the 16th throught the end of the month pays out on or around the 17th of the following month.
